I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing
services that span from therapy for traumatic events and experiences, depression and grief counseling,
parenting support, family and relationship counseling, and beyond. In a comfortable and
supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized and relational approach tailored to
each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth
they’re striving for.
I provide counseling that spans the life-time, from 8 years old and into adulthood. I am trained in multiple modalities of counseling, relying on building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship and attunement to each of my clients.
Rates:
$ 225 per 60-minute intake session $ 200 per 60-minute individual session, $170 per 45-minute individual session
$ 200 per 60-minute couple/marital/family counseling session
Intensive Brainspotting sessions: $275 for 90 minute pre-intensive Brainspotting consultation and $800 for 4 hour intensive Brainspotting session held on Saturday and/or Sunday. Specialized treatment plan to be created for intensives.

Insurance:
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance, employee benefit plan, or EAP. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval/referral required from my primary care physician?
Payment:
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. If I am not a provider on your insurance, I can provide a superbill for you to send in to your insurance for reimbursement of some or all payment for services.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. This will be billed to you and cannot be billed to your insurance company.
