Rates
$ 225 per 60-minute intake session
$ 200 per 60-minute individual session, $170 per 45-minute individual
session
$ 400 per hour for court testimony.
$ 200 per 60-minute couple/marital/family counseling session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance, employee benefit plan, or EAP. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the
following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval/referral required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. If I am not a provider on your insurance, I can provide a superbill for you to send in to your insurance for reimbursement of some or all payment for services.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have
not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to
pay the full cost of the session. This will be billed to you and cannot be
billed to your insurance company.
