I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. I specialize in
counseling with individual adults, adolescents and children, couples and families who have experienced trauma, including childhood trauma and abuse, accidents and injuries, loss and grief, anxiety and depression. I also have experience working with individuals seeking personal growth, performance enhancement, and spiritual exploration. My goal is to help clients overcome emotional blocks, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve lasting positive change in their lives.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, compassionate, attuned and tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their emotions, memories and traumas at their own pace. I work collaboratively with my clients, empowering them to tap into their brain's natural healing potential and guiding them towards a path of emotional well-being.
